Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking Requirements: All calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Clients must complete a brief intake form at the time of booking to ensure a productive session. ⏰ Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule your call up to 12 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to rebook in the future. 📞 Call Etiquette: Please arrive on time. Calls will begin promptly and end as scheduled, regardless of arrival time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, the session will be marked as a no-show. Calls are for serious inquiries only—this is a dedicated space to explore how our services align with your goals. 🔄 Rebooking Policy: You may only book one call per individual or organization.
